ZAZEN, sitting in silence, minfully watching our breath. That leads us to our original nature, to our Buddha nature.

Sunday, 6th of March 2016 we can share our silence with each other. We start at 9:00 and finish 18:00. It´s also possible to come in the morning or in the afternoon.

Traditional rice soup (Gen Mei) will be served for lunch. All on donation base.

during the practice of ZAZEN we can enter our own deep silence. No words conect us to the memories of the past and to the hopes and dreams of the future. The present appears and disappears in an instant. The mind comes to a rest.

Sunday , the 7th of February, there will be again a day of ZAZEN in the Zen Dojo TAI KU AN near Barão São João. This day of practice will offer you a look into your self as well as a familarity with Zen Buddhist settings.  We will meet at 9 am and finish at 6 pm. For lunch a vegetarian meal will be served. Beginners welcome. Donation based.

Dear friends of the Dojo Tai Ku An.  We wish you a peaceful and healthy new year. May sentient beings step out of endless violance and confrontation. May we all open our hearts towards eachother.
