Sesshin realizar-se-á no Dojo TAI KU AN em Barão S. João e começará no sábado, dia 22 de Abril às 19h00 horas com um jantar de boas-vindas e terminará no segunda, 25 de Abril com o almoço final.

This Sesshin will take place in the Dojo TAI KU AN in Barão S. João and begins Friday 22nd of April 2016 at 7pm with a welcoming dinner and ends on Monday 25th with the final lunch.

Letting social obligations and personal matters outside and enter the Dojo to practice sitting in silence . Sunday, 3rd of April, we will meet in the Dojo Tai Ku An near Barão de São João for a day of ZAZEN. We start at  9 h 00 and finish at 18 h 00. A vegetarian lunch will be served. Please feel welcome.
