Sesshin from 11th – 13th of May 2012 Vale da Lama, Lagos
A Sesshin is a period of intensive Zazen practice. We will live , meditate and work together during a period of 3 days .
This Sesshin will be lead by Zen Master Barbara Kosen from Spain.
It will take place on the weekend 11, 12, 13th of May 2012, in the Quinta do Vala da Lama, a Permaculture Reserch Centre, near Lagos – Algarve.

No fim de semana de 11, 12 e 13 de maio de 2012, o Zen Dojo Tai Ku An organizará um Sesshin. Este Sesshin terá lugar na Quinta do Vala da Lama, um Centro de Permacultura, perto de Lagos, Algarve.
Um Sesshin é um período de prática intensiva de Zazen. Vamos viver, meditar e trabalhar em conjunto durante um período de 3 dias.
O Sesshin será liderado por Barbara Kosen da Espanha.
