Sunday, 4th of January, will be day of ZAZEN practice in the Zen Dojo Tai Ku An near Barão São João. Everybody is welcome to practice sitting in silence with us on this first sunday in 2015. We begin at 9 am and will finish at 6pm. A vegetarian lunch will be served. Donation based.

O Zen Dojo Tai Ku An irá realizar um Sesshin (um periodo intenso de pratica do zazen–meditação sentada) de 2 dias e meio em Lagos – Barão S. João.
Início na Sexta dia 5 às 20h com um jantar de boas vindas e termina na Segunda dia 8 depois do almoço, pelas 15h.
We will held a Sesshin (an intensive period of Zazen-training) of 2 and half days in the Zen Dojo Tai Ku An near Lagos, Portugal.
Begins with a welcoming dinner on Friday the 5th of December at 20:00, ends on Monday at the 8th after the lunch around 15:00.
