ZAZEN DAY , 2 nd of JULY

dear friends ,  Sunday , 2 nd of July,  we will meet again to practice ZAZEN together in the Dojo Tai Ku An near Barão S. João . Cause of the actual heat we will start at 8 h 00 in the morning and finish after the vegetarian lunch around 13 h 30 . So this time only half a day .  Everybody  is welcome .  As always the day is donation based .

in June 2017 there will be no day of ZAZEN. Next day of ZAZEN will be, Sunday, the 2nd of July 2017. During the week the Dojo is open as usual.
