Dear friends,

the coming Sunday, 12.03.2023, will be a day of ZAZEN in the Dojo TAI KU AN in Barão São João.

timetable

9:00  – 10:30 Zazen

11:00 – 12:00 Zazen

12:15 – 13:00 Zazen

13:15 – 15:00 Lunchbreak

15:00 – 16:00 Zazen

16:15 – 17:30 Zazen

17:30 – 18: 00 Resumée

this time we will serve the traditional RiceSoup, Gen Mai, for lunch, please bring some fruits, cookies or  dessert for sharing. The day of Zazen is donation based.

Feel all very welcome – you can also join in the breaks between Zazen.

let´s practice together our coming and going…..

on Sunday the 05.02.2023, in the Dojo TAI KU AN, Barão São João.

From 9:30 – 17:00, you can also join in the breaks between Zazen.

Please bring some food to share for lunch. Drinks will be served.

All on donation base. Feel very welcome to our first Day of ZAZEN in 2023.
