One day a monk asked Great Master Tozan :    »How can we avoid hot and cold ?« Tozan said :   »Why don´t you go somewhere that is neither hot nor cold ?«  »Where is a place that is neither hot nor cold ?«    Tozan replied : »When it is cold, be completely cold ; when it is hot, be completely hot ! «

Sunday 7th , first sunday of July , we will have independent of heat and cold a day of ZAZEN in the Dojo Tai Ku An.  We start sitting at 9 am and will finish at 6 pm.  A vegetarian meal will be served for lunch. Donation based,  feel welcome !

spring changing into summer.  zazen, sitting in silence, permanently coming and going, birth and death, don´t be confused about staying or leaving, bad and good,    just now  .
