Dear friends of ZAZEN ,
Sunday, 1st of April, our meeting for ZAZEN will be different. It will be dedicated to the movement of TERRA SAUDÁVEL: biodiversity instead of monoculture. From 11am to   1pm we do ZAZEN . Afterwards there will be an Easter brunch in the Dojo and so we ask everybody to bring some food to share. In the afternoon, at 3 pm starts the Feira do Folar in Barão de São João. We would like to invite everybody to come with us to the village,  to be present and inform the local population about the avocado plantation and to distribute our flyer to the public.
Would be great having your support. . Next day of ZAZEN at the 6th of May will be dedicated to sitting in silence again.

and finally it rains . . . .                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Sunday, 4th of March 2018, there will be Zazen practice in the Dojo Tai Ku An near Barão S. João. We will start at 8h30 and will finish at 13h30 .

A vegetarian lunch will be served. Donation based. Feel all welcome.
