autumn is in the air and September is bringing grey skies and fresh nights. We will return to our monthly ZAZEN DAY on Sunday, the 9th of September. First Zazen at 9 am , finish at 6 pm. A vegetarian lunch will be served, beginners welcome, donation based, sitting in silence, no great changes in the practice.
